Return and Exchange Policy

1. Overview

Leather Dan, operated by Shahroz Fateh LLC, aims to provide high-quality products and a reliable shopping experience. Customers may request a return, exchange, or refund under the conditions stated below.

2. Return Eligibility

Returned items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed;

  • In their original condition;

  • Returned with all original tags and packaging; and

  • Accompanied by valid proof of purchase.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, washing, or misuse may not be accepted.

3. Return Window

Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Requests submitted after the 30-day return period may not be accepted.

Please include:

  • Your full name;

  • Order number;

  • Product name;

  • Reason for the return or exchange; and

  • Photos of the item if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Customers should not return an item before receiving return instructions from Leather Dan.

Leather Dan will cover return shipping costs for approved returns.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refund processing may take up to 5 business days after inspection. Additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges will be refunded for returns approved by Leather Dan.

6. Exchanges

Approved exchanges are subject to product and size availability.

If the requested replacement product is unavailable, Leather Dan may offer:

  • An alternative product;

  • Store credit; or

  • A refund to the original payment method.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact Leather Dan within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.

Once the issue has been verified, Leather Dan may provide a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost.

8. Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted for:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery;

  • Items without original tags or packaging;

  • Items returned after the 30-day return period;

  • Customized or personalized products, unless damaged or defective; and

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable before purchase.
