Shipping Policy for Leather Dan

This Shipping Policy explains the shipping costs, processing times, delivery estimates, and fulfillment process for orders placed through Leatherdan.com.

1. Shipping Costs and Destination

Shipping Cost: Leather Dan offers free standard shipping on all orders.

Shipping Destination: We currently ship only within the United States.

Currency: All product prices and payments are processed in United States Dollars (USD).

Customers can review their complete order total before submitting payment.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated total delivery time is 4–7 business days, consisting of:

  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days

  • Transit Time: 3–5 business days

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Delivery estimates may be affected by severe weather, carrier delays, high order volumes, public holidays, or incorrect shipping information.

3. Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) may begin processing on the same business day.

Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

4. Order Processing

Handling time includes payment verification, order preparation, quality checks, packaging, and transfer to the shipping carrier.

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.

If additional information is needed to verify an order, processing may be delayed until the customer responds.

5. Shipping and Tracking

After an order has shipped, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation email containing available tracking information.

Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Leather Dan is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier after the order has been dispatched, but we will assist customers with reasonable delivery-related inquiries.

6. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

If an address needs to be corrected, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or has shipped.

Leather Dan is not responsible for delivery problems resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

7. Taxes

Applicable sales tax may be calculated during checkout based on the customer’s shipping address and relevant requirements.

The complete order total, including any applicable taxes, will be displayed before payment is submitted.

8. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number;

  • A description of the issue; and

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Verified issues may be resolved through a replacement or refund.

For packages marked as delivered but not received, customers should first check the delivery location and contact the shipping carrier. Customers may also contact Leather Dan for reasonable assistance.

  • Condition: Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

  • Restocking Fee: No restocking fee

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: Leather Dan will cover approved return costs for verified damaged, defective, or incorrect products
