For standard returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
If you receive a verified damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Leather Dan will provide an appropriate resolution without charging you return shipping costs.
Do not return an item before contacting us and receiving return instructions.
Q16: How long does a refund take?
After we receive and inspect your returned item, an approved refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
