Leather Dan aims to provide high-quality products. Customers may request a return or exchange under the conditions stated below.

2. Eligibility

Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact. Proof of purchase is required.

3. Return Window

Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date of delivery. Requests after this period may not be accepted.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, customers must email info@leatherdan.com with their order number and reason for return.
Leather Dan will cover the cost of return shipping for approved returns, including international shipments.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been inspected.
Refund processing may take up to 10 business days after the item is received.
Original shipping charges are refundable for returns approved by Leather Dan.

6. International Orders

For all international orders, Leather Dan is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges. Customers will not incur additional fees.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Verified issues will be resolved through replacement or refund.
